We want you to love your skincare products, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Return Shipping
- Faulty or Damaged Products: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear description and photos of the issue.
- Unopened Items: We accept returns for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse. Please contact us for the return address and instructions before shipping anything back.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior communication
