Refund policy
We want you to love your skincare products, but if something isn’t right,
here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Return Shipping
• Faulty or Damaged Products: If your item arrives faulty or
damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear
description and photos of the issue.
• Unopened Items: We accept returns for unused and unopened
products in their original packaging. You must initiate the return
within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse. Please contact
us for the return address and instructions before shipping anything back.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not
responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
• Refunds will only be issued once we receive and inspect the
returned items.
• Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition will
not be eligible for a refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Opened or used products
• Products returned without prior communication
