What does the moisturiser do?
It's Step 3 of the GENT routine. It hydrates, calms and protects, strengthening the skin barrier and locking moisture in. It also helps smooth the appearance of fine lines.
Will it make my skin shiny?
No. It's a lightweight, fast-absorbing formula with a non-greasy finish. Hydration that works without weighing your skin down.
I have oily skin. Do I still need a moisturiser?
Yes. It's suitable for normal, combination and oily skin as well as dry skin. Oily skin can still be dehydrated, and this formula hydrates without adding shine.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. It's made to calm sensitive or reactive skin, and it's dermatologically tested. It does contain fragrance (listed as parfum), so if your skin is very reactive, patch test it first.
How do I use it?
Use it last, after cleansing and applying serum. Scoop a pea-sized amount onto your fingertips and apply it to your cheeks, then your forehead and neck. Leave it to absorb. It takes slightly longer than the serum, so give it a moment.
What are the key ingredients?
Ceramides (NP, AP and EOP) to reinforce the skin barrier and prevent moisture loss, and a multi-weight Hyaluronic Acid complex for long-lasting hydration at every level of the skin.
Do I need the other products too?
The moisturiser works on its own, but it's designed as Step 3 of a three-step routine, sealing in the cleanser and serum. All three come together in the Skincare Set For Men.
Is GENT vegan, and where is it made?
Yes, every GENT product is vegan. They're all dermatologically tested and made in the UK.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
UK delivery is free on orders over £40. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays) and sent by Royal Mail. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return it?
Yes, if it's unused and unopened in its original packaging. Get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll send you the return address; return postage is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened or used products. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos.
